i went there getting a 5x10 and it didn’t work out so i asked her if i could go with a 10x10 and she was patience to show me the 10x10 and i took and she didn’t have any problems with me changing storages. I was thinking this girl need employee of the year!!

Reserved my unit online and took advantage of a great deal. Customer service was excellent and I was moving stuff in same day. I had brought a broom to clean up spiderwebs or dust but didn't even need it.

Well moving day is tomorrow, and Im hating every bit of it. Luckily I found this place on Burden and the young girl working answered a lot of my questions and has made me feel comfortablestoring away my belongings at a strangers place, even if its a storage location or business-ITS MY STUFF, anyhow I will be in tomorrow to rent from you guys. Thanks again .
